This is a very good German brew. It is rather unfortunate that the Bethlehem Brew Works does not offer German-style beers on a more regular basis to counteract the Belgians. It well-balanced, with some distinct flavor and body. A good mouthfeel, with distinct maltiness and residual, subtle sweetness. This is one of the better German hand-crafted beers I have had in quite some time.
