From the non-freshness dated bomber into a Sam Smith's perfect pint glass results in a very appealing burnished copper body topped by a half inch frothy white head that has amazing longevity with lots of sticky laceing, there is a very slight haze to the body.
Aroma is clean malted barley, fresh bread and newly cut grass.
Taste is superb, malted grain, cracker, some sweetness like fresh baked bread, slight spicy hop bitterness all around it.
A very nice prickly carbonation tickles the tongue and insures a dry finish that leaves you wanting the next drink soon.
What a nice beer! Refreshing and satisfying, Quite an accomplishment!
