We used a barrel from our friends at Ransom to create this beer for our 10-year Anniversary. Nice citrus aroma and flavors of spices are complimented by the malt backbone of this doppelbock.

On tap at Imperial Bottleshop.
Toasty, wheat bread, caramel, toffee, buckwheat honey. Mild juniper. Creamy palate. Nice full sweetness. Gin character is minimal. Very nice, clean lager profile.
