Bright straw blond clear and bubbly body with a huge white head. Smell flour rich white bread and biscuit with floral hops and lemon zest make a springy and fresh nose. Taste starts with the bread and biscuit, but halfway through the lemon is juicy and pervasive, floral and even more so grassy hops finish with quite a crisp snap. Strays a little from the style but yummy, feel reflect this effervescent and elevated nature: hops are formative. Very light, delicate, bright, and crisp. Would have again in springtime evenings

Look: Clear dull yellow with a great looking, frothy head that settles to ½ finger and leaves great lacing on the glass
Aroma: Floral hops, pilsner malt, a little honey, cracker-like malt notes, and more flowery goodness
Taste: Powerful flower notes start things off with some intensity – honeysuckle, light rose, true jasmine, daylily and Gardenia – and are then joined by deep layers of crushed crackers, pilsner malt, and light honey-like sweetness. These all hold for a bit before coming to a flower-led finish
Mouthfeel: In my opinion, spot on for the style. Full flavored but light feeling, medium-high carbonation, extremely clean and crisp throughout, and finishes equally so
Overall: This is freaking delicious stuff. Being my favorite lager brewer in the state, I figured I would like this and definitely do. A really well-made German Pilsner and the Hallertau Blanc hops bring tons of floral notes to the table in both aroma and taste. I’d love to try a side-by-side of this with a pilsner that doesn’t utilize this hop to even better know the differences it brings but I can easily say this is tasty, outstandingly made, and highly recommended

Man, this is a Charles Lindbergh beer for Raul - it just makes a playa wanna go round and round. I mean, this damn sucker makes me spin it’s so good. Holy hell... It’s a top ten German Pilsner like some Olympian chick diving into the pool with little splash! Then on top of that it has this insane aftertaste that is too good for words.
Get it!

Can from Uptown Market.
A hazy light orange with a dense white head with great retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is excellent. Soft, doughy, earthy and with a really wonderful, soft, lemony, minty, earthy hop character, along with a soft, doughy malt character, mildly honey like with a deep bread note. The palate opens bitter yet soft, with notes of lemon, soft berries, earth, a little grass and a definite berry character that pairs nicely with the doughy malt base, especially on the finish. A light sweetness is present on the midpalate, with dough and light honey. Firmly bitter yet soft and with a touch of resin that enhances the interplay between malt and hop. Moderately carbonated, this beer is awesome.
