An unexpectedly pilsner-like ale with a pilsner-colored pale copper body, a pilsnerish biscuity malt profile, and a bready, pilsner-like malty aroma. Well carbonated with a snappy white head that sounds like the New Orleans Rice Krispies factory after Katrina. Thin in body with modest (fuggles?) hopping and dilute color, with a slightly soapy tang in the finish. This golden ale is presumably brewed with liquid malts but itÂ’s not at all bad for an extract beer.
