Its not clear to me whether St. Teds Red (vaingloriously named by the brewer for himself) is an extract beer or one brewed with a partial or full mash. No matter. Its very good. The body is clear honey gold and fails to provide much by way of head, lace, or carbonation. But the Irish red style comes across as nutty and charmed and the beer was most welcome on a summers afternoon.
