O'so Ida's Dark Secret
Appearance Clear red with a decent head that fades out over time
Smell: raspberry, quite tart
Taste: neutral arrival, then gives a nice mix of tartness and raspberry flavor. The raspberries hold their own against the tartness.
Overall: A pretty solid barrel aged sour! I'm not a big sour fan but this is quite tasty. Nice raspberry flavor.
