The taste and smell of this beer can be likened to an equal mix of lemonade and apple cider. It is dark clouded sorrel and shows a smattering of lace. It has a terse, abrasive mouthfeel, a thin body, and a light mix of hop aroma and taste. White Knuckle's brightest virtue is that the beer makes no suggestion of its 8.2% ABV content. Other than that, there's little to latch onto.
