Saw this place while on a bus tour of downtown Chisinau back in September, then took some colleagues there that evening. The place is on the edge of town, between two large Soviet-style hotels. Square two story modern building with a large outdoor seating area in front filled with sofas and other living room furniture under a canopy. The inside is one large room, with the bar opposite the door and some balcony seating to the left. The bathrooms were to the right of the bar, and were quite pleasant (not always a given in this part of the world). Large dancefloor in front of the bar, with a smattering of metal tables and chairs to the left and right, with boothes hugging the walls. I didn't notice the music, so it wasn't overpowering. The place was maybe 3/4s full late on a Tuesday night.
Four of their own beers on tap: pale filtered and unfiltered, red unfiltered and dark unfiltered. They were all top notch, if not particularly exciting. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, perhaps the former because we showed up at last call and ordered five of each kind of beer - he knew he had good customers. All the beers were in great shape and served at the proper temperature in generic straight glasses. Chisinau is certainy no place for a beer lover to seek out, but if you find yourself in the area, definitely seek out the Beer House.
