Clear golden color with a brief head in the pint shaker. Fragrant in the nose with every sip, there is just a hint of malty sweetness.
This is like a Belgian-flavored Pilsner. Pale, delicately fruity with yeasty notes. Sprightly and tangy on the tongue. Mission seems to excel at these lighter style of brews, and the restrained Belgian notes are an encouraging addition to their repertoire.
What a sensationally drinkable beer-- this is one of the best light beers I've had in ages. On tap at the brewery on Skid Row.
