On-tap at PB Alehouse:
Tasted like a somewhat refreshing amber-type ale initially. Then proceeded to taste more and more like caramel and brown sugar mixed with water. A little too sweet and one-dimensional. Not bad, but also not worth revisiting. I would rate it a little lower, but I want to be fair since this is the first Maibock beer I've had.

On-tap at Beachwood BBQ,
A: Pours a deep amber with a light white head, solid retention.
S: Sweet, full notes of malt, treacle, light hops.
T: Hoppier when it was cold. A nice sweet malt presence came out as it warmed and added more complexity. Mild molasses, brown sugar, but not overpowered by these flavours, good balance.
M: Medium-bodied, smooth, solid feel to style.
D: A nice bock from down South. A solid pint of lager.
