Pours a pale golden color in the glass. You might wish for a headier head, but it has a nice sparkle on the tongue.

Remarkable mellow, tangy flavor from the first sip. Not a flaw, just a simple but bold, light and spritzy brew. A little grainy taste, but more of a fragrant, faintly bitter twang. Brewer says they use rice in this, and it does have a really appealing cereal flavor. The Busch boys ought to see what rice can really taste like. Totally drinkable, though it lacks the powerful carbonation of the industrial competition.

Actually this would be perfect with just a whiff of roasted green chiles. I venture to say this is the best Adjunct Lager I've ever had. A purebred in a flea-bitten pound. On tap at the brewpub.
