Aroma: Malty, melanoidin. Hop aroma is behind the maltiness. No cellar-like character.
Appearance: Amber color and dense white head.
Flavor: Malty and toffy. Strong alcoholic character. Sweet but dry finish. Hop character is weak.
Mouthfeel: Medium body. High carbonation. Not so smooth because of strong alcoholic character.
