Beer bottle (33cl), tasted in the brewery (july 2008).
Full name of this beer "La Grihète cuvée d'exception".
Inspired by the abbey beers, La grihète triple is a tribute to this ancient tradition of beers triple fermentation made with 7 varieties of malts.

Appearance : amber color, with white foam head (not persistent), nice effervescence.
Smell : fruity notes (apple, pear ...).
Taste and mouthfeel : medium bodied and mellow.
sweet malty character and dry. The finish reveals notes of licorice and hops perfumed.
Drinkability : a very good "biere de garde" in the style "tripel".
