Brilliant gold with a snow white head, fine bead - looks like a dictionary picture of "beer." The aroma is very "beery" in that "Dad's glass of Schlitz" manner - faint hops and malt.
A very spritzy mouthfeel - tastes highly carbonated. Not a helluva lot of flavor - what flavor there is is malt with a good degree of grainy husky flavors, some green apple and background malt sweetness notes, and a balanced underlying bitterness. Somewhat thin. This would be a good beer to introduce your Bud drinking friends to. My non-micro-drinking friends tried it, and stuck with their pale ales.
