A - Golden yellow body with a white head of minimal stamina. A decent looking wheat.
S - Taking several strong inhales reminds me of a bread loaf. I like bread.
T - Has the mild hops flavor of a pale ale but there's something else there. A sweetness that's not malt. I can't quite pin-point it exactly but I know I like it.
M - The feel is just coarse enough to stop me from drinking this entire growler in one sitting. Now as the day wears on... that's a different story.
~ I like this beer and I think many beer fans will too. It's not something that's going to change the beer world but it is definitely a unique enough sampling that beer vets will like. At the same time it offers a nice introduction to some interesting beer character that many beer greenhorns may find as an invitation to something new.
