A - clean pale straw, pale lemon colored. Strong stream of tiny bubbles clearly indicated the correct level of carbonation. Head is a little small but makes up for this with excellent retention, a thick while lace of foam stays on top of the beer throughout the session, lacing the glass well.
S - Strong aroma of banana and wheat malt. Coriander and some lemony crisp citrus tones at the back. Sweet malts but little hop aroma detectable.
T - very easy drinking brew. Strong banana flavors with an astringent lemon flavor providing a bit of bite. Some clean malt sweetness remains as the prominent flavors fall. Slightly green. Aftertaste really belongs to the hops which provide a welcome grassy drying of the palate.
M - Good carbonation levels. A little metallic in the mouthful which somewhat counteracts the smooth banana flavors. Improves as it warms.
D - Easy to drink as any wheat. Love the crispness but feels a little sharp.
O - Changes as it warms a little from typical serving temp. Too warm however and those metallic tones shine. A difficult style to pull of for such a young brewery but the homebrew experience from the boys at Mudgee Brewery is obvious. For a first attempt its wonderful, cant wait to taste the next batches.

Cloudy pale golden appearance. Med-high carbonation but no head?? Uninspiring start.
Good banana filled aroma. A bit of yeast. Nice, mild, refreshing.
Taste starts out nice and fresh, but sort of loses a bit as it warms. Still has some good wheat beer character, but better to finish it off quick.
Nice effort and good overall. Could be a good drink, sitting outside on a hot day.
