From brewery. No BB.
A - hazy amber, short lived head. Minute spotty lace.
S - honey, clove, spice, Belgian yeasts.
T - complex, honey, orange peel, spice, clove, Belgian yeast.
M - the let down. Massively under carbonated for style.
O - good beer, nicely complex, let down by under-carbonation.

This was a real surprise. Had it after Mudgee Mud which is an Imperial Stout so I had not expected to be able taste much.
First surprise was the smell. Strong fruity and massively fresh. I sat there sniffing it and enjoying the aroma ... The flavour is a mix of Belgian Ale flavoured with fruit and a hint of honey. I was worried that it would've the usual inferior take on Belgian Ale but instead was presented with a very refreshing and pleasantly complex beer.
I'm buying some to take home!
Yum
