look: reasonably big frothy head, not dissipating too quick, good few bubbles rising up through, clear amber in colour.
smell: good bit of malt coming through, apple juice, bready, buiscuity, little bit of bitterness, sweet but not too sweet smelling.
taste: definitely malty, but those sweet mildly fruity smells don’t come out in the taste, it’s quite watery, bit of hop bitterness on the finish, really not a lot going on, a shame. not unpleasant mind you.
feel: light bodied, medium carbonation, sticky, watery.
overall: it sure looks a promising brew, but the flavour just wasn’t there, a shame indeed, still not bad, probably pleasant with food.
