Bottle 0.5L.
Hazy golden body with a large, frothy, white head, mostly lasting with some nice lacing.
Moderate-to-heavy hoppy (herbal, citrus) and light malty (cereal) aroma.
Moderate sweet and bitter flavour with a very light acidic note; short bitter finish with some light astringency.
Light body with watery texture; average carbonation.

Having a pint at the Leenane Hotel in Connemara, Ireland. It’s a flavorful well balanced ale, with tasty malts and a perfect balance of hoppiness.

Poured from bottle. ABV rating of 4.3. Lovely light gold pour, almost lager like in appearance. Nice hoppy aromas and tastes great. Citrus, florals and hoppy goodness. Really nice Irish brew.

Cask at the GBBF 2008, gravity dispense. Yellow colour, minimal head. Moderate aroma with hints of honey and flowery hops. Reasonably hoppy flavour, hints of citrus, "dusty" hops in the finish. OK, but not really that impressive. Nice hoppy aftertaste though.

a: pale orange and yellow color with a nice, solid off-white head...like you could balance a coin on it
s: sweet grains, grapefruit, strawberry, malts, and a little cardboard and sweet earthy grains
t: light grapefruit, grass, and a little watery. sweet caramel, tea leafs, and a slightly floral presence. some light grassy bitterness towards the end
m: medium light with moderate carbonation
o: not bad, but a bit light. to me, it leans a little towards an English Pale Ale, but still good

Pint at a random bar in Galway.
Deep golden color with a decent sized tightly bubbled white head that persists. Bready lightly toasty malt with bits of citrus and earth to counter. Light butterscotch a little off-putting.

Had on tap. Found this to be a sticky bread pudding with some citrus hops. Sweet and bready for style, but it is tasty. Drinks in body more like a belgian blonde than a pale. Cloying sweetness on the finish. Smell adds some floral elements as well.

Great feel, must be the water. A decent pale ale.
