On tap at the Porterhouse for the Irish Craft Beer Fest.
Pours a muddy oxblood with a loose white head that leaves some lace. Light fruit nose. Plum notes with spicy, leafy hops. Chocolate malts and a wheat hit at the end. Light to medium body.
The hops profile and lack of puffy head put this in American wheat category for me.
A complex and very drinkable brew.
No word if Hooker plans to make this a permanent addition but I sure hope so!
