The colour is amber (25 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger head is off-white and airy; it sinks quickly to a thin lid leaving no lacing.
The smell is sweet with caramel and butterscotch. Floral hops, some hay and grass. A touch of chloride in the background.
The taste is bitter with green flavours of leaves and twigs. Smooth growing notes of caramel and bitter herbs. Medium body. The aftertaste got growing clean sweetness, some caramel and herbal floral bitterness. Some alcohol, grapefruit and toffee in the finish.
The carbonation is strong; the many short-lived bubbles are fresh. The liquid is smooth and a bit sticky.
Some modern hops, but not too much. Very balanced and creamy.

When pouring the beer, you get a clear amber-colored beer with beige / white foam.
The foam has medium-small bubbles and is moderately thick, the foam lasts for a while and leave traces in the glass.
The smells of roasted little sugar, orange, honey.
A little malt and citrus, a little earthy tones with straw.
The flavors of the malt and a wonderfully highlighted medium bitterness.
The honey marks with orange zest baked and cool tones hay.
Fruit notes of lemon and a little straw.
Carbonation ran out very quickly.
Highlighted medium bitterness in the aftertaste. a real thirst quencher.
