Pours a clear amber with soft head.
Smell is clean and bready with notes of citrus and knäckebröd.
Taste is crisp and clean with a hint of yeast. Notes of knäckebröd, citrus and some jasmine . Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice pilsner that paired excellently with Sjöbaren's food.
