A: A pale golden and hazed liquid. The head is two fingers high and creamy. Nice lacings and curtains on the glass.
S: Smells of black currant, blackberries, blue berries and wheat. There is also a lot of herbs and spicy tones. More complex than I expected.
T: Too my surprise I find more red fruit than I expected judging from the smell. There is also blueberries, blackberries and the wheat.
M: Medium bodied. Medium carbonation.
O: A nice beer that pairs well with food, just as it was intended to be.

The colour is cold yellow; the liquid is a bit cloudy. The low compact head is warm white.
The smell is hard to describe, lots of stuff is going on here. Spices of different kinds. Ripe gooseberries, boiled mint. It smells like a lawn mover had gone berserk in an herb garden. Odd. Odd in a good way.
The taste is spicy. Thyme. Some bitterness and a sour wheat note. Herb-flavoured vinegar. The aftertaste is spicy with a mild sour flavour.
The carbonation is medium strong, the bubbles medium sized. The liquid is a bit light.
A daring and demanding beer. Personally I think it is a bit over the top.

A clouded brass golden beer, with a firm white head that leaves some good lacing.
The smell is very spicy, cloves, coriander, fruity citric, lemons and lime.
The taste has a fruity sweetness upfront, followed by the spices smelled, but more intensely. Then a rather pushy bitterness at the end.
Medium carbonation, refreshing, on the verge of watery.
Some very nice traits in the spicy combinations, a bit too much bitterness. But in all a fair witbier.
