The beer is clear, deep amber, a very low off-white head leaving no lacing.
A rather faint hard toffee and slightly citric aroma.
The taste has upfront notes of toffee and caramel, biscuits and faintly of honey, and then a quick rather bitter domination from the hops.
Low carbonation, and a rater refreshing feeling turning into a good dry finish.
A good average bitter, possibly a bit high on the bitter hops.

The colour is dark gold with a tint of brown, the liquid is clear. The low head is off-white.
The smell is dry with notes of chalk and alga.
The taste is fresh and a bit bitter with earthy notes of hay and a dull bitterness. Dry sourish flavours with a touch of iodine. The aftertaste got notes of flour, flowers and a robust bitterness with a sour touch in the finish. I also note the Ocean house taste of wet forest moss.
The carbonation is medium to light; the liquid is rather light.
A bit unbalanced with too much of bitter hops compared to the malt and the aroma hops.
