A ruby amber brew, a small off-white head, with large bubbles, little lacing and small curtains.
Smelling sweet and fresh, honey, nuts and raspberry.
Sweet dark bread, red slightly sour fruits, lemon peel.
Little carbonation, soft and smooth, a medium body, a long nice dry finish.
This was a real ale, and was very fresh. A nice experience.

The colour is dark red-brown, the low beige head sinks quickly leaving some lacing.
The smell is fresh and a bit roasted. Malt dominates the smell.
The smell is malty, too. And a bit “red” roasted dry flavours with hints of nuts and mild hops. The flavours are clean. The light and dry aftertaste got some notes of dried fruits, some green fruits and green bananas. Some sweetness in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong; the small bubbles are sharp. The liquid is quite light.
Some of those dusty flavours that I have come to associate with red ales are present in this one. Although they are at acceptable levels.
