look: 3.25 | smell: 3 | taste: 2.75 | feel: 2.75 | overall: 2.75
Had at the Jersey CAMARA beer festival. Pours light golden in colour with a white head. Aromas of fruit & peach. Quite a lot going on in the taste, mash of American Perle hops & elderflower providing a mix of fruit, citrus, strawberry, melon and a mild green pepper flavour. Apparently it's brewed with a high proportion of wheat. Aftertaste is very much on the sweet side. My least favourite of the 7 beers I tried.
