HIPA (Honey IPA), brewed for Real Beer.
Shiny ruby red color, beige head, quite abundant, good.
In the smell a quite strong hop (Cascade), with notes of honey, not too strong.
Malt and hop in the taste, citrus fruit, then the honey, that slowly rises up.
Not too bad, but quite boring in the end. Some red fruit.
Honey and caramel in the aftertaste. Not a great drinkability.
