Natural fermentation with baking yeast mother.
Light orange color, hazy, with one finger of foam, quickly falling down.
In the smell bread notes, yeast, tart and funky.
In a certain way, a bit similar to Panil Divina.
In the taste again tartness, a hint of lactic. Peculair and pleasant, refreshening.
Not a much left in the aftertaste, the tartness cleans it all. Again yeast and bread crust, with some citric hint.
Interesting and pleasant experiment.
