Hazy yellow appearance, with a white foam, good butnot exceptional.
In the smell a strong cereal note (rye, wheat), yeast andbread crust. Not a bad smell, but not completely convincing.
Again cereal notes in the taste, maybe a bit oily and spicy, probably for the rye.
Spicy aftertaste, too, with again bread crust.
Not bad, but not totally convincing.
