Pours gold with a small head.
Nose shows apple notes, sweet light biscuity malt and soft grassy hops.
Slightly malty flavours, some bready notes alongside spicy and grassy hops.

On the nose: grain and some minor floral notes. Nothing special here.

The beer looks quite good! Dark haystack yellow in color with a really fluffy just-off-white pillowy head. Visible carbonation is nice too, but lacing leaves something to be desired.

The flavor is dominated by grain and again, a light floral hop note. Nothing special going on here.

Highly carbonated with a medium body, this beer is refreshing, it's not bad, but it's not great either. It's good.

33cl brown glass bottle with classic pressure cap acquired at a run of the mill cornerstore in Rome, Italy. Served into a Trappist Westvleteren goblet in me friend's gaff in Rome. I apologize for the serving type, but it was either that or a children's juice glass. Reviewed live.

A: Three finger head of soft delicate cream, nice thickness, and four minute retention. Colour is a cloudy copper. Appealing.

Sm: Mild scent of cream, full barley, pleasant malt, and tinges of slight lemon ester. Smells refreshing and pleasant all around, but light.

T: Full barley, wonderful cream undertones, and well handled malt checked by lemon ester hops - particularly present on the end of the climax through the finish. Creamy, light, and refreshing, but simple. It's well built for the style and what it's trying to be - a light table beer or refreshing summer beverage. It's balanced nicely as well.

Mf: Probably the best aspect of this beer is its creamy delicate soft texture. Very complementary of the flavours in the body.

Dr: Very drinkable. A cool summer beer meant to refreshing without being too easy to drink. Quaffable if desired, but that isn't the Italian philosophy on drinking. This is a table beer meant for conversation and pairing with food. In that aim, it's a success, but the quality is nothing special. Price is extremely fair.
