A - Served with a darker shade of copper...a two finger, white head was present but fell quickly to a thin cap...decent lacing was left behind
S - Very malt forward with some sticky caramel...the hops are minimal and come across with some piney characteristics
T - Again, the malt bill in this Pale Ale really dominates...there is some toasted malts towards the middle, but the main flavor coming through is the sweet, sticky caramel...again the hops are kept at bay, even in the finish...some piney hops come through to leave a slight bitterness
M - Medium bodied...some carbonation, some bitterness, sticky sweet
O - This one didn't do it for me...a lot of caramel malt, which became too sweet, and not enough hops to support or cut through

The beer pours a dark gold/amber color with a thick frothy offwhite head that fades slowly to a creamy lace head. The aroma is good. It has a malty scent that boasts of pale and light crystal malts. It has a piney hop aroma that is quite mild. The taste is also. It has a very bitter hop flavor that overpowers a complex pale and light crystal malt core. It goes down smooth and finishes with a hoppy aftertaste. The mouthfeel is good. It is a medium bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a fine American pale ale. It has great appearance along with everthing else; a good drinker.
