A - Very dark brown body...but there was some light sneaking through...a one and a half inch light brown head...nice lacing
S - Big notes of toffee...chocolate...and caramel...some hops too
T - At first you are hit with the roasted malts...big flavors of toffee and caramel...those flavors mellow out and hints of chocolate shine through...then at the end there is a subtle hop bitterness...it's not too bitter though because of the malts and other flavors produced
M - A little light and watery...I wanted more creaminess
D - Had one of the first from the keg...GABCO is a very small but solid brewery...they could easily make this a year round brew
