Served on-tap in a pint glass. The beer pours a bright gold color with a very small head. The aroma is very fruity, yeasty, and also has some Belgian spice and candy sugar smell to it. The taste is the same as the aroma, it's a very sweet/fruity tasting beer. Not much hops at all from what I can tell, but that's not a bad thing in this case. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, the beer is very smooth with low carbonation. Drinkability is pretty high too, the smoothness and low amount of carbonation makes this really easy to drink. This is my favorite of the Mulholland brews I've tried so far, I really enjoyed it. The 7.8% ABV isn't noticable when you're drinking the beer, but it does hit you later on. This beer and Mulholland Brewing is a very nice addition to the Columbus area. Recommended.
