Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a deep amber color with a medium thin ivory-colored head that dissipates steadily. Minimal lacing on the glass. Huge floral aroma with hops and malt behind it. Medium-bodied and moderately bitter with floral hops, malt and caramel flavors. Light spicyness is underlying as well. The finish remains floral and hoppy and leaves a lingering bitterness behind. Enjoyable all around.

Presentation: Arrives in a 12 oz glass at the downstairs bar at Mulholland. One of 4 beers available right now.
Appearance: Red/brown color that leans towards brown. Decent light tan head that falls slowly leaving a medium lace.
Smell: Citrus hops with shallow bitterness.
TasteL Somewhat flat, dry-hopped flavor. The thought is there, but they didn't quite make it.
Mouthfeel: Low carbonation level. Average body.
Drinkability: Not a bad beer, but not a noteworthy beer either.
