Used to be a great beer...I felt like a winner when I discovered it on sale at my local beverage center but the laurel wreath no longer rests upon this fallen wreck of a beer. It should be called...Losers Square? This is a very different beer than it was a few years ago. It was a nice, refreshing session ale with just the right amount of aroma hops and mild bitterness, nice malt profile too. Now the best description I can come up with is soapy. It reminds me more of a few failed craft attempts at Pilsners that I have tried rather than the fine session ale it was. Little to no aroma hops, unpleasant bitterness that's out of step with the rest of the beer. One dimensional malt with an off putting flavor that exaggerates the foul hops rather than balancing the bitterness. Get this horse off the track.
