Refermented with grapes of Amarone, aged in barrique.
Almost black, ruby edges. Scarce foam, but it's all right.
Vinous smell, withwoody notes, alcohol well hidden. Peculiar, out of boundaries, but interesting.
Vinous notes in the taste too, again the wood of the barrique, the alcol is perfectly hidden.
It's a beer, with wine, and with strong vinous notes. Passito wine.
After all, well balanced. Light balsamic notes, too. Very interesting.
And drinkable, too.
