Head down to this place during the Western festival/Rodeo. each year this village boost its population with thousands of tourists wearing the cowboy hat and boots. The town is packed.
Inside the pub was very crowded as well. A live band played all night for free. There was a lot of energy inside, people were dancing and singing.
The service is ok, they were able to deal with the fact that the pub was full at the higest level.
The Quality of the beer I tasted was pretty good
The selection is ok with around 10 different brew on tap
I didnt try the food, but I saw some pretty big plates, so I know theres food to order..
The value is reasonable, 4,50 for a glass and 6,40 for a pint..something like that.
All in all, we spent a really time this saturday during the festival when the pub was really alive and in a party mood. Good beer and nice place, a traditional Quebec house wich was the general store back in the days and still one of the oldest building in town. Its a must if you're there..
