Part of a three-way collaboration with Greenbush Brewery and Paw Paw Brewing Company. Each brewery used the same hops, but different grain bills. "The Bad" strikes a tender balance between malty notes of caramel and an 80 IBU hop profile.

Lively nose with fresh pine and hints of caramel lay foundation to a very puckeringly bitter mouthful of fun that gives off pine, dandelion and spice (like hallertau (sp?) hops tend to spice ) in near equal amount, leaving in it's wake a cloying bitterness.
