Made with 300# of Michigan sugar beets that we turned into syrup. A labor of love. More caramelized than the triple style.

Like many of their beers, this is a unique flavored one with some very untraditional brewing methods. Also like many of their other beers, this one really hit the spot with me. If you don't like sweet beers, this probably isn't for you, but if you do, this is by far the sweetest Tripel I've ever tasted. Excellently different and off the wall flavors that I'm very much digging.

Great floral smell. Brewed using sugar beets instead of grain. A beautiful example of alternative brewing methods. "Teamed up with paw paw and greenbush brewing co. and 300 lbs of sugar beets for this one!"
