Served on tap at the brewpub, shaker pint. Glowing garnet in color, with streams of carbonation rising to a finger of tightly knit bubbles floating atop. Aroma if floral, malty, and gingery. Any apprehension of being overpowered by ginger is dispelled upon the first sip. This brew is an amber first, biscuit and caramel, woth floral notes that rides a cloud of gingery goodness, just enough to impart the tiniest of bites and a well balanced flavor.
