A pale ale with fresh grilled pineapple and brown sugar. Slightly tart with a nose of pineapple. Easy drinking. (Collaboration with Charlevoix Brewing Company)

Served on tap at the brewpub. Shaker pint glass. Dark orange in color, opaque, with a finger of fizzy head. Aromas of pineapple and some malt sweetness, floral notes. Flavor is a bit more complex. The grilled pineapple really comes through first, with a near-molasses sweetness underneath and an herbal/citrus bitterness on the finish. Dry, almost smoky feel. Just a touch too dry. Worth a try, at least once.
