A-Deep, reddish tinted copper with a medium white head that retained well and left an impressive lace pattern.
S-Light biscuit malt sweetness and a bit of bubblegum and spice.
T-A rather sharp pop of spicy hops up front followed by a sweet, malty finish.
M-Medium-light body with a dry crispness and good lingering flavours.
D-A solid, well formulated interesting but not over the top Belgian. A good one to use as an introduction Belgian beer. Tasty and very quaffable.

Took some notes on napkin at the brewery. Great experience overall.
Very deep, amber-rose color with an elegant, white head that laced the glass beautifully.
Light malty aroma with hints of sweet hop.
A rich, smooth feel induces a bold hop character on the palate with a sweet, malty finish. Clean and respectable, as the menu implies. One of the best tasting Belgian ambers I have tasted.
Great feel and smooth body overall. The lacing and well-carbonated mouthfeel balanced so nice with the maltiness.
An awesome, perfected Belgian recipe incorporated into the menu. I think I just got boned, big-time.
