IPA made with red grapefruit peel. Named inspired by the breakfast scene in The Public Enemy.
A-Light copper with a thin white head that held on strong and left nice lace.
S-A light earthy citrus aroma and some malt sweetness. Not as aromatic as I would have expected.
T-Nice hop pop and grapefruit rind bitterness up front. Supporting malt sweetness and mellowing pulp notes in the finish.
M-Medium body crisp with lingering bitterness. Smooth delivery thanks to the cask presentation.
D-Really nice, totally easy to drink. The grapefruit addition really rocks this brew.
