Served on-tap into a standard pint glass
Amber-gold in color, with a moderate two-fingers worth of white foam
Aroma-Subtle citrus zest,malt
Taste-Snappy citrus zest, sweet malt tang, followed by a nice hop bite and grapefruit-rind bitterness in the finish. (Chinook hops would be a good bet)
Overall, snappy and tasty hop flavor that's not over-the-top. Nicely balanced.
