Served from cask-engine into a standard pint glass
Burnt-orange in color, with a moderate head of foam
Aroma-Fantastically aromatic citrussy hops
Taste-Earthy hops with hop leaf flavor, subtle citrus, nice hop flavor and bite throughout. The room temperature really brings out the aromatics and hop flavors in this beer. I've had cask-conditioned IPA's before that just weren't very good. This offering from Right Brain hits all the right notes in what can be a difficult style to cask-condition. Well done!
