Hand-pulled from cask into a goblet.
Burnt-orange in color, with a moderate-to-short head of foam
Aroma-Fantastically aromatic, citrussy hops (Menu board says it is infused with Simcoe hops)
Taste-Simcoe hops in full evidence:Citrussy onrush of juicy hops, creamy and smooth, a lingering stab of bitterness in the finish.
Overall, a wonderfully aromatic and creamy-smooth cask-conditioned IPA. I would love to try a "cold" version of this brew. Yum!
