The Blue dragon is hidden among the rather calm restaurants in the G-spot in uptown bogota. But don't be deceived by the externally discrete aspect; The inside packs an interesting layout, in an old house with various ambiences from pub to bar to sports bar feel. some parts seem a bit underdecorated and isolated, however.
the service is decent, although the food took a while to arrive when we went there.
Selection is good as well, they carry a few of their own beers and some decent imports. however it's rather expensive. I was especially disappointed re: the food on this aspect, a very small dish for a very big price; nonetheless it was fairly tasty (reason for which i gave it a 3.5).
All in all the place has a nice vibe to it and deserves a go, but if all else i'd rather stick to the Ozy Pub, which is owned by the same guy.
