ABV is either 4.0 or 4.5% I can't remember and there was no literature to take home.
This is an excellent example of a relatively low ABV beer with a lot of flavor and character.
Clean golden colored with an outstanding aroma of biscuits, and breads along with just a subtle note of yeasty spiciness...
The taste starts with a biscuity malt base....then more of a fruity, pear like flavor....spiciness is subtle but plays a part in the overall feel of this.
This is a great drinking beer with flavor..light to barely medium bodied but smooth and rounded...I can't stop drinking it as I sit here. I finished two Chimay Chalices full of this while I wrote this review.
A subtle, lighter weight, but well made beer that would seem to be a beer that crraft brew lover and even macro lovers would enjoy.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
