On-tap at Monks House of Ale Repute, Sioux Falls, SD
A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a little bit of visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow white collar around the edge of the glass and a small patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light aromas of sweet malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of corn with notes of associated sweetness.
M: It feels light-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink but seems a little "adjuncty."
Serving type: on-tap

Gandy Dancer Buzzard's Roost, 4.5% ABV, 17 IBU, style is Cream Ale. Pours golden and thin, with a two finger white head. Nose is malty, taste follows with a very slight bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent.
